How we work
Every site we clean starts with a walk-through. We map the high-traffic zones, identify the surfaces that need daily attention versus weekly attention, and document a checklist your team can audit against. The cleaner gets a written brief, a consumables list, an access procedure and an escalation path before the first shift.
From there it's discipline: consistent timing, consistent scope, restocked consumables, reported issues, documented sign-off. Boring done well.
